KEY FEATURES
All site logins are loaded onto our siteOS platform for real-time client viewing and management. The system includes features such as:
siteOS allows you to view and record all attendances onsite. Rosters can be preloaded for streamlined site administration and undertake checks to ensure no one has failed to attend. The attendance register can also be used as a live feed for roll calls, fire evacuation and kept as a record for commercial management.
With a complete record of when people arrive at the site and their travel time, through siteOS we can control and assist in managing fatigue. The system allows us to provide a record of breaches, actions and recorded mitigations and controls taken. The alert system built into the platform allows you and the Site Access Controller full situational awareness to control these unplanned events better.
The sign-in process captures competence card checks such as Sentinel and CSCS, access briefings and confirmation of understanding. It can be used to capture non-compliances such as missing PPE, and linked into site induction records/database so that automated or manual induction compliance checks can be undertaken for selective work banks, weekends, or entire projects.
Through siteOS we can upload a copy of the project's programme for real-time updates and monitoring. The platform also provides a Site Diary feature for more detailed recording of events, closeout actions, and as a site record for later analysis.
Site reporting is a crucial element of every project, and it can be challenging to make sure that all the correct information is captured and disseminated.
