With dedicated Site Access Controllers, the process becomes forward-looking and not retrospective. Our staff will raise the issue as the breach approaches and assist in managing the situation. Automate SMS alerts can also be generated through siteOS of impending or actual breaches live to both the site staff as well as to the individual.
With a dedicated Site Access Controller, shift-by-shift briefings can be provided to everyone who arrives before setting foot onto the construction site. These briefings are on a 1-to-1 basis and can be adapted live to any situation on-site, with vital confirmation of understanding obtained through questioning.
Our services can be customised to your own specific needs. If you wish to import your fatigue policies or reports, we can include these within our system. If you have a particular set of briefing requirements, our staff will be able to deliver these.
SiteAccess can also provide a vital service in helping to administer a construction site, flagging personnel who have failed to turn up for a shift, gathering critical paperwork, providing evacuation registers from siteOS, flagging medical conditions, and generating and issuing site reports periodically.
